Information used by the product

CloneFrame processes account information provided through Firebase Authentication, including your account identifier and email. The product also processes media you upload or import, prompts, creative preferences, storyboards, generated assets, job status and credit records.

Processing and providers

These records support sign-in, video analysis and generation, delivery of results, credit accounting and troubleshooting. Application records and media use Google Cloud services, including Firestore and Cloud Storage. AI processing uses Google AI services through Vertex AI. Video Cloner uses native audio from supported video generation models. Some story-processing paths can use AWS Bedrock.

Media, prompts and related context needed for a requested operation may be sent to the relevant provider. Their own terms and data practices also apply. Do not upload confidential or sensitive material unless you have permission to process it with these services.

Browser storage and diagnostics

Firebase uses browser storage to maintain your sign-in session. The application also stores interface preferences. When configured, PostHog collects usage analytics.

For access or deletion requests, contact kaif@cloneframe.com using your account email. We may need to verify the request. No automatic deletion schedule is promised on this page; contact us before uploading if your use requires a specific retention period.
